Returns and exchanges
Should there be a discrepancy with your order please contact us directly on 01805 603 341 or at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
If approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed.
Sale or Returns:
Every day card can be returned (Canns Down Press range, Works on Paper range, Camera Obscura, Wonderland, A-Z of Animals, LACMA, MFA Boston) and are credited at cost less .06p if returned. Every day cards must be returned within 1 year of receiving them from order.
Christmas packs are credited at cost less .25p upon return and Canns Down Press must be notified before the end of January. We do not accept Christmas card refunds after the 31st January of the immediate year after.
Wrapping paper is non refundable or returnable.
Note card wallets are non refundable or returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
